M/s. Sri Gomathi Energy Private Limited was incorporated on 13.01.2010 Mr.P.Srinivas Rao and Mrs. P.Arunjyothi are promoter Directors.

The Company proposes to establish 30.00MW coal based Thermal Power project in Bellampalli, at Mandavali Village Dhaigram Mandal Adilabad District at a project Cost of Rs.165 Crores.

The project is located predominately in coal belt area in Andhra Pradesh (Near Singareni Collieries). It is self identified power project. The Company acquired 86 acres of Land for the project. All approvals for setting up 30.00MW TPP have obtained and sought approval for increasing the capacity to 60.00MW. The project work is under Progress.
