A Mini Hydel Power Plant 12MW capacity was setup at Hullahalla Near Dhanuguru Village , Malavali Tq, Mandya District, Karnataka ( about 110Km away from Bengaluru).

The Power project is a run on the river Hydro Electric Power Generation facility built on the right bank of the Hullahalla stream under Shimsha River. Shimsha River is one of tributaries of river of Cauvey.

This is green field projects with Commercial production commenced in April 2009. Entire electric power generated by the plant to the SEB grid of Karnataka under Power purchase Agreement.

Shri P.Srinivas Rao floated another company namely M/S.KK Renewable Energies Private Limited with the registered office in Secunderabad, with main objective to develop of Hydel power projects in Himachal Pradesh.

Ongoing Power Projects in Himachal Pradesh:

• 1. 5.00MW Small Hydel Power Project on Suil/Ravi River in Chamba District of Himachala Pradesh. The project was allotted to the company by Himachala Pradesh Government energy development agency (HIMURJA), Shimla. Project work is under progress.
• 2. 5.00mw Small Hydel Power Project on SEWA river in Chamba District of HP. Himachala Pradesh Government energy development agency (HIMURJA), Shimla has allotted the project. Project work is under progress.
• 3. 4.00MW Uhl-V small Hydel Power Project on river Uhl in Mandi District of HP. The project was allotted by HIMURJA, Shimla. The Project work is under progress.
